By accessing and using our restaurant booking system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
1. Reservation Policy
Booking Requirements
- Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- We hold tables for 15 minutes past your reservation time
- Late arrivals may result in table reassignment or cancellation
- All reservations are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Group Bookings
- Groups of 8 or more may require special arrangements
- Large group bookings may require a deposit
- Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance
- Group cancellations may be subject to different terms
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframes
- Standard Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Same-Day Cancellations: May incur a cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the estimated bill
- Late Arrivals: Tables will be held for 15 minutes past reservation time

- No fee for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
- $25 per person for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance
- Full estimated bill for no-shows
- Special events and holidays may have different cancellation policies
3. Dining Experience
Dress Code and Conduct
- Dress code is smart casual - no athletic wear, flip-flops, or beach attire
- Please arrive on time for your reservation
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times
- Children must be supervised by adults
- We accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice

- We strive to provide excellent service and quality food
- Service times may vary based on menu complexity and restaurant capacity
- Special requests will be accommodated when possible
- Feedback is welcome and appreciated
4. Payment and Billing

- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
- Gift cards and restaurant vouchers are accepted
- Split bills are available upon request
- Gratuity is not included unless specified for large groups

5. Liability and Disclaimers
